Terms of Sale:

All orders are subject to seller’s acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change and will be based on PO receipt date. Given the nature of our business and variety of merchandise, we reserve the right to limit quantities. Prices do not include any applicable local or state taxes.

 

Payment Terms:

Our preferred manner of receiving customer payments is ACH. To establish ACH payments please contact us at credit@highlineaftermarket.com. Our standard payment terms for customers who qualify for credit terms are 1% 10 days / Net 30. Cash on Delivery (COD) may pay by either ACH, check or credit card. Customers that choose to pay by Credit Card will be charged a 2.25% convenience fee. It is our policy to not accept credit cards for customers who have payment terms unless payment is submitted at the time of order. A $30 charge will be applied to all returned checks. 

 

Past Due Customers:

We reserve the right to hold shipments for any customer who is past due or over their Highline Warren LCC determined credit limit. Past due accounts paid by credit card will be charged a 3% convenience fee. Customer is liable for all legal costs if the account is placed in collection.

Shortages or Damages:

DO NOT ACCEPT SHIPMENTS WITHOUT COUNTING CARTONS. All orders are shipped from Highline Warren LCC come with a piece count on the bill of lading even if shrink-wrapped. To sign for wrapped pallets without counting cartons and checking for damages leaves the customer responsible and is not the responsibility of the freight company or Highline Warren LCC.  Highline Warren LCC must be notified of any shortages or damages within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.

 

Return Policy: 

No returns without written authorization. We do not accept returns of any seasonal merchandise, special orders, or packages that have been opened or items that have price stickers on them. All returns must be initiated within 90 days of invoice date. Customer pays freight on all returns except for Highline Warren LCC errors or damages. Tool Warranty Policy:

Highline Warren LCC honors all manufacturer’s warranty policies. All broken or claimed defects will be replaced, credited or repaired depending on manufacturer’s policy. Abuse, misuse or altered items are not covered. Freight charges on new & defective tools are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Restocking Charge: 

Merchandise returned for credit will be subject to a 25% handling charge. Customer is responsible for appropriate freight charges.

 

Back Orders:

We do not process backorders.
